After laying on a massage table. I would lay my hands near or around your body, wherever I’m guided and depends which energy technique or healing tool I may be using.
You may experience feelings of being very relaxed, see colours or images, feel heat, rumbling noises in the tummy, tingling or a sensation of
energy traveling through your body.
When a major energy block is being shifted from a chakra/organ/area you may feel some emotion or have memories arise as the energy is shifting.
Straight after a session some may feel deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, happier, have more energy or feel like you just ran a marathon and need to sleep.
In the days following a healing, mood, feelings, emotions and realizations can be changeable, to observe and take note of any changes you are experiencing.
