Before the Session: Getting Set Up

First things first. Create a cosy, peaceful space. Find a quiet corner where you won’t be disturbed, whether it’s on your bed, favourite chair, or even outside under a tree. Dim the lights, maybe light a candle, or play soft music, or whatever helps you feel calm and open to receive.

Set an intention. It doesn’t need to be elaborate. Something like, “I’m open to healing energy” or “Help me release whatever no longer serves me.” Your intention acts as a guide so you can direct the healing energy.

During the Session: What You Might Feel

Once our practitioner begins distant healing, you may feel sensations like warmth, tingling, pulsations, or heaviness, signs that energy is flowing. It’s also common to feel deeply relaxed; drifting off to sleep during a session is fine.

You might experience emotional release, such as tears, calmness, a sudden feeling of lightness, or joy. And sometimes, vivid visuals, colours, or mental clarity emerge to offer insight. But if nothing dramatic happens, not to worry. Many clients report benefits even without noticeable sensations.

After the Session: Gentle Integration

When the session wraps up, you may feel sleepy, peaceful, or energised. However, everyone’s response is different. Take time to rest and hydrate. Drinking extra water supports your body as it processes the shifts. Having light meals, meditation, an Epsom-salt bath, or journaling often feels nourishing.

A follow-up chat with our healing practitioner, Leticia,  might reveal any energetic impressions they had. It can help you understand what unfolded during the session. You can expect subtle results over hours or days, like better sleep, a lighter mood, and a clearer mind.
